We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product was delivered damaged  
• The product is defective  
• Wrong item was delivered  
• You changed your mind (product must be unused)  

For damaged or incorrect items, you must provide an unboxing photo or video as proof to process your return request.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition  
• Product must be in original packaging  
• All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included  
• Product must not be damaged due to customer misuse  

3. Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer  
• If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost  

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products  
• Products without original packaging  
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence  

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

• Order ID  
• Reason for return  
• Product images or video (if damaged/defective)

6. Refund & Replacement

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected  
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method  
• Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund if the product is defective

Some products available on our store may be inspired by popular designs (for example, products similar in appearance to Apple AirPods).  

However, these products are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with any official brand. All warranties, guarantees, and support are provided solely by The Genie Store India.
