  • Unboxing video (recommended for damaged product claims)
  • Providing images or videos helps us resolve issues faster.

2. When Refund Is Not Applicable

  • Refund will not be applicable if:
  • Product has been used
  • Product is physically damaged by the customer
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Refund Process

  • Contact our support team with order details.
  • Our team will review and verify the request.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed after inspection of the returned product (if required).
  • Products returned without prior approval may not be eligible for refund.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer.
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the refund is approved due to damaged, defective, or wrong product, shipping charges
         (if any) will be included in the refund.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in other cases.
